BLOGILATES

Cassey Ho is a certified fitness instructor and has been sharing her (at home) workout videos for over 12 years now. With exercises that can be done in just a couple of minutes, Blogilates has surely gained a huge number of followers. Her videos are relatable, entertaining to watch, and easy to follow. The routines are also mostly done on a mat or the floor, so there is no need to buy a lot of equipment to get started.

Here’s her video of how you can work out while watching TV.

BODY PROJECT

As the name of the account suggests, working on your body is a project. You would need to put in the work. By watching Body Project’s videos, you will have a guide on what exercises to do for beginners, while sitting down, standing up, and whatever target areas you wish to improve. The videos last for about 25 minutes or so, which is already the duration of one whole workout routine. It’s as if you have hired a personal trainer just by watching their videos.

GROWWITHJO

Following routines isn’t for everyone, some find copying postures and forms to be confusing or complicated. Good thing growwithjo’s channel also has a lot of dance workout videos that let her viewers listen to upbeat music and have fun while exercising. You won’t feel that you are really working out because the dance steps are quite easy to follow, and yet they do a lot for your body.
