1. Meditation

We cannot talk about mental health without including meditation exercises. Meditation represents one of the best activities that we can do at any time of the day. Doing 15 or 20 minutes of meditation is enough to calm your mind, reduce stress, be more productive, sleep better, and many other benefits.

2. Test your memory

As the years go by, it is normal to lose some mental faculties, this can’t be avoided. However, studies show that doing memory exercises during the week reduces brain degradation. For this, you can do crosswords, play Sudoku in the morning, learn words from another language, among many other exercises. In a short time, you will notice how your memory and concentration will improve.

3. Write in a journal

It may sound silly, but writing about your daily experiences frees your mind and reduces stress significantly. The best thing that you can do it’s to write about your emotions, highlighting the moments that generated stress, but, above all, those happy moments during your day. This exercise will allow you to know and understand yourself better each day.
