4. Play some video games
Yes, you read that correctly, experts recommend playing video games every so often to keep your mental health. This activity requires motor and visual control, memory, decision making, attention, and concentration. Together, all of these skills make your mind stronger and healthier. We recommend you to play two or three hours a week during the afternoon so that it doesn’t interfere with your hours of rest.
5. Do some physical activity
Exercising will always be essential to have a healthy life and a healthy mind. It does not matter if you exercise at home, in a gym, or if you only practice a sport, doing some physical activity strengthens your body and your mind, as well as allows you to prevent many diseases in the long term.
