In winter it gets more cold so we need more calories to keep our bodies warm. Of course, that also means that we need to pay more attention to how much we move as we tend to eat heavier and heartier foods. When it comes to breakfast, there are several ways we can  boost them to have that little extra effect that will help us start our day the best way possible.
