Love dancing? Get bored with similar exercises? Well, Megan Roup created a workout program that includes dance cardio and sculpting movements that really rock. When you log into the Sculpt Society account, you meet various exercises along with guided meditation and yoga classes.

It’s a 10-week program with easy-to-repeat dance movements, additional hand weights, and resistance bands. But still, you are not obligated to use the equipment — your own weight works perfectly as well.

Crush60 Complete Package

This program differs from the previous ones as it requires equipment. Ben Williamson, a founder of Crush 60, created this workout program to make the real thing! It’s aimed to build your muscles and make fat burn.

Of course, it sounds ordinary but let’s talk honestly here — not all training programs deliver the promised results. Crush 60 isn’t included in this list and DOES the trick in the short-time period. It includes a three-phase instructional guide with illustrations and embedded videos of every exercise.
