No one thinks of joining a gym or exercising in order to make their hair healthier. However, healthy hair does come as a side benefit of working out. Now here, exercising is not only limited to working out and doing cardio exercises for multiple hours. It also includes going out for a jog or a walk. Any healthy movement or lifestyle adaptation always affects your hair growth. Similarly, bad eating and unhealthy lifestyle habits also ruin them.

Well, now you know that exercising will also affect your hair. Wanna know how?

It Moisturizes Your Skin - Working out can make your body release chemicals and oils onto your scalp that nourish and moisturize it. This automatically leads to shinier and stronger hair because nothing can beat the natural oils of your body.

Increased Blood Circulation - When you adopt cardio or yoga in your daily life, you ultimately improve the blood circulation of your body. Better circulation means the blood reaches the brain, scalp, and all body parts more frequently than it did before. Thus, providing more essential nutrients to the body. These nutrients enhance hair growth too.

Release of Endorphins - Endorphins are responsible for your mood and stress. Exercising makes the brain release more of them making you feel better. Thus, it results in lower stress levels that ultimately effect your hair growth too.
