Knee Strike
This is an easy yet effective technique to save you from an attacker. Lift your knee with the other leg, slightly bending in a fighting stance. Your palms should be facing the attacker to support your position with your back slightly leaning backwards. Hit the knee front with the attacker’s groin and quickly take the fighting stance for defense.
Front Kick
Take the fighting stance with your knee lifted up as in knee strike. Once it reaches the maximum height, lift your lower leg out, whipping it towards the attacker. Keeps your arms slightly bent with palms facing forward. Get back into the fighting stance once you have executed the kick.
Palm Heel Strike
This technique is done using your hand power. Start with a fighting stance with your hands close to your face and palms facing forward. Keep one hand in front of the face for protection and blow a jab with the other hand exerting maximum force while keeping the elbow a little bent. Use the movement of your shoulder to exert more power and recoil immediately with both hands close to your face.
