If your stress is not removed before you go to bed, it can hinder your sleep, and you will not wake up fresh for the following day. For this, you can do the neck stretch. Neck stretch before bedtime has fantastic effects on your sleep quality. It helps to release the tension in your neck, and helps you calm your nerves.
