Is your child the pickiest eater ever? Are you fed up with trying new ideas to add veggies to their diet? If yes, then I’ve got the most fun ideas to make your child’s plate colorful and healthy. A child’s mind is blank as white paper, and it sees the world as its own canvas. They don’t want to do things the old boring way. Moms, now that comes up to you. They want you to make their food interesting so that it can finally land in their stomachs, without them giving disgusting expressions.

We are chicken-sitting for my sister-in-law and we are falling in love with both the chickens and fresh eggs. I like to think this is our version of a duck-face pose - Eggcellent!

Portion Plate:

Get a plate consisting of pre-made portions from your nearest dollar store. No need to go overboard. You need to fill the plate with a bit of green, reds, oranges, and yellows. The greens can be a cucumber, the reds can be a piece of meat while the yellow can be a boiled egg cut in half with the yolk inside it.

Colorful Everything:

It’s high time to add fool colors into your pantry. Whatever you are cooking, it has no color. Add a few drops of your child’s favorite color to it. For instance, add pink to boring yellow spaghetti. Trust me, you kids will instantly fall in love with their customized food.

You might have cute cookie cutters lying somewhere in the house. Find them, now is the time to use them. Cut their carrots, cucumbers, and eggs into stars or hearts. The tiny hearts will definitely make their way into their hearts and win them in no time.
