Height significantly affects the quality of human life. People with good heights usually have a personality that influences others. It’s been observed that a person's growth is 60 to 80 percent accounted by genetic factors, but some tips and techniques can help improve it. Here are some effective ones to get a better height.

1. Get Proper Diet

First of all, proper diet and nutrition are essential to get a better height. In your growing years, make sure to include fresh fruits, vegetables, proteins, and dairy products in your diet. Vitamin D is also highly effective in promoting bone growth. Thus, try to eat food that contains a large amount of vitamin D.

2. Take Supplements With Proper Care
