Living in a war-affected area can be traumatizing. Where bombs and missiles can land from anywhere, and turn you into ashes. But keeping your mind in control and stable is very important. Try To Learn Fear Management:

Learning fear management can be extremely useful. All you need to do is whenever you think of the terrifying situation that is yet to come, laugh about it. Laugh louder and harder with the mindset of “Everything will be fine". This will relax your nerves, and some moments later you’ll realize that there is no need to stress about it. It will make you composed.

Think About Your Worst Fears:

Create “What If” situations in your head. Gather all the fears in your head. And think of the next step, if your fear comes alive. In this manner, you’ll be able to overcome your fears faster and more effectively. It is said that one should never laugh away their fears as it makes it impossible to overcome them. Thus, knowing about your worst fears and then having control over your reactions towards them makes your mind more optimistic and stable.

Meditate In Peace:

One of the proven ways of strengthening the mind is through meditation. Try to meditate even for 10 minutes a day. Meditating will enhance your ability to deal with pressure and will give a strong control over your mind to you.
