YouTube fitness channels became significantly more popular when the worldwide pandemic attacked us. Doing sport in the comfort of your own home is still the option many people opt for. And there is a convincing reason for that: it is safer, it takes far less time and you don’t waste hours in a traffic jam, there is always an available shower, it is cleaner, you can do sport barefoot, you can do sport naked (I’m kidding, but still I bet there is at least one person in the entire world that loves exercising with no clothes put on.

In the previous article, I shared a channel of amazing Pamela Reif - a fitness trainer who will put you through the wringer and help you achieve the shape of your dreams in a month without even talking to you. Her videos are a bomb. And I thought I would never find something similar. But I was wrong.

MadFit is a YouTube fitness channel I randomly bumped into a few weeks ago, and now thank a higher power it led me to it. Maddie is a fitness trainer who definitely rocks! On this channel, you can find both bodyweight and additional weight training videos. Pamela has recently started to create the workout with extra weight, but Maddie offers a wider ranger, which I really like. As for me, Maddie’s workouts have less this cardio thing that makes your heart pound like in junkie, haha. They are more muscle-focused and train mindful, in my humble opinion.

On her Instagram page, Maddie has over 1,3 million followers and devoted all of her posts to fitness and workout sessions on different parts of the body. The workouts are short and can be done anytime you want, which I particularly like as there isn’t always time to train for an hour. If you would like you to try to train with her, my recommendation would be to take at least one dumbbell - her workout with additional weight is something you should really start with.
