As you know, it's high time for Ukraine and many other places. And keeping that in mind, many of its citizens might be facing the situation named 'Insomnia.' The stress or anxiety for what will happen next might lead to sleepless nights for many Ukrainians. Whether from tension or discomfort, if you are facing this situation more often, here are some simple tips to help you deal with it.

Blinking Exercise

Blink your eyes for one to two minutes, and count every time you do this. It will help you sleep instantly as your eye muscles and mind will get tired of blinking and counting, respectively.

Screens Out

Try to avoid using bright screens as it confuses your body. Prefer to read some of your favorite books that calm you. It will distract your mind from the stress and tension you were facing before.

Pranayam

Breath and mind go together. If you can control your breathing, you can control your mind. 'Pranayam' is a yoga technique that helps you deal with insomnia. Close your eyes, inhale from your left nostril, and exhale from the right one. It will help you release your stress and relax your mind.

Hope this will help you deal with your sleeplessness and get better health. Don't worry, it'll all be over before you know it.
