What is Kid's Healthy Eating Plate?

A healthy eating plate has a variety of colorful and flavorful foods. Which are rich in all kinds of nutrients that include vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. It attracts the child to grab the colorful food from the plate and give it a try.

What does it include?

Vegetables:

It includes a variety of colorful veggies except for potatoes as it contains sugar.

Fruits:

It consists of a variety of fruits cut into slices. Avoid giving them in processed or blended form. As it minimizes its benefits.

Whole Grains:

Go for whole grains foods. It consists of brown rice, whole-grain pizza crust, pasta, bread, etc.

Proteins:

Always chose healthy proteins and avoid red meat as it is included in unhealthy proteins. Instead eat eggs, fish, peas, and nuts.

Extra Virgin Oils:

Always cook your food in extra virgin olive and canola oils. Avoid giving processed butter to your children.

Trust me, introducing a healthy plate to your kid’s lifestyle can solve many of your problems. You will witness visible positive changes in their growth and health. This kind of balanced food consumption will make them more energetic and lively. Most importantly, don’t forget to add a 15-30 min workout time to your kid’s routine. Whether it’s in the form of running, cycling, or skipping. It will increase the blood circulation in their bodies.
